Slip into summer

Come unwind your mind and make beautiful shapes with our bodies together.

If you want to deepen your practice of yoga then working with a partner is a great way to that.

At my Summer partner yoga workshop we can stretch further and tune into our heart and turn down the thinking. We’ll go into our bodies and emerge with light in our hearts.

Come on your own or with a friend or partner
Saturday 4 November 2017, 5-8pm

at the beautiful

Haiku Arts and Yoga Studio, 71 Russell St, West End, Queensland.

We’ll have tea and can all go out for food together afterwards.

Here’s some feedback from people who came to my February Partner Yoga Party:

“thanks heaps for the tantalising workshop last night. We found it very stimulating and satisfying. Great to see how you are weaving your skills in ta very rich tapestry of creative activities that give your participants the opportunity to have real, enlivened, integrated body/mind/heart experiences for themselves.
